The meaning behind Chin ... There is a Chinese restaurant in the Twin Cities named Leann Chin. While Leanne was attending a basketball camp in middle school, a fellow camper had a bag from the restaurant. This camper made the connection between the name of the restaurant and Leanne's name. And the nickname Chin stuck!

#3

Chemo treatment #3: Done!


Leanne had her third chemo treatment today. She also had an appointment with her oncologist, Dr. Bloom. They measured her tumor and said it had shrunk 1cm!!!!!!!!!!! Praise the Lord!!
Please continue to keep Leanne, Ryan, and Grover in your prayers. You can pray specifically pray for:
  • Continued growth for Grover
  • Continued health for Leanne
  • Leanne to carry Grover to full term (37 weeks)
  • Minimal side effects from the chemo for Leanne
  • Peace for Leanne, Ryan, and their families as they trust God with their future plans

Now that is a great Christmas gift, and I pray that tumor keeps shrinking. Shrinking right out of your life!

Hugs to you and baby Grover. Hope the chemo doesn't make you too sick while it is attacking that tumor.
